• Best: Iconic, legal skate plaza; smooth ledges & granite; central and accessible.
• Worst: Pedestrian traffic; surfaces may be slippery; occasional crowding; public drug use.
• Facilities / Nearby: No washrooms, but lots of cafés and deps nearby (Pool Room, Belle Pro, Fouf, etc.).
