At Revolution 514 we build our completes with top Quality brand name trucks wheels and bearings unlike other generic completes which are build with very sub-par parts making them only slightly better than a walmarts deck with plastic trucks and wheels that don't spin....And all at a HUGE savings from going custom.
With these softer wheels this complete is a great starting point to get into cruising but if you swap out the softer wheels for something harder you can use this set up on any terrain whatsoever.
